AUSTIN, Texas (July 29, 2009) - The Texas State Junior Championship is one of the oldest and largest of its kind in the country. Now in its 82nd year, the TSJC has grown into a three-day affair with over 280 participants. After a four year hiatus, the tournament returned to Jimmy Clay and Roy Kizer Golf Courses in Austin.
